The Turkish Get Up on the Foam Roller is one challenging exercise that works your legs, core and shoulders as well as balance. This video does not show the use of a dumbbell but rest assured, hold a ten pound dumbbell in one hand and hold the arm extended above the head as you execute the Turkish Get Up on the Foam Roller.
Great challenging exercise using the Foam Roller. Lower your body onto the roller, balance, lay back and get back up. Good luck!
