Turbo Fire is Beachbody's Latest Fitness DVD to hit the workout and wellness market and it is
following in the footsteps of the P90X, another Beachbody sensation that has transformed thousands
of bodies. The Turbo Fire DVD is a complete program of fitness as well as lifestyle modification to
help you achieve success. Turbo Fire comes with a Turbo Tracker journal so that you can chart your
workouts and even your log your meals so that you can watch the progress as it happens.

Turbo Fire is High Intensity Training

The fitness world is buzzing with the term High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT which literally
means what it says, you train hard for an interval of time and then recover before you do it again. These
workouts are created in fifteen to fifty minute segments so that you can get the workout you are able to
do or have the time for.

Beginners will want to start with a brief round of Turbo Fire and more experienced exercisers will be
able to handle the full workout. High Intensity Interval Training is considered to be the best way to get
a great workout in the shortest time. You push your body to its limits and then allow it to rest and then

Get Fired Up DVD:  This is the initial DVD to preview what you are in store for. Chalene guides you

Fire 30 Class / Stretch 10 DVD:  – This is a thirty minute workout that has its basis in kick boxing. You
will perform hooks, jabs and plyometrics to some seriously motivating music. Cardiovascular training followed
by a great stretch for a complete workout.

HIIT 15/ Stretch 10 DVD:  Here you are introduced to High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. You will
execute fifteen minutes of serious drills that will get your heart rate pumping and your metabolism kicked into

Fire 55 EZ/ Stretch 10 DVD:   Fire 55 EZ is a conditioning workout which is not as intense as the HIIT workouts
but is not easy.  You will be working out and sustaining an elevated heart rate for fat loss. You again will

Core 20/ Stretch 40/ Stretch 10 DVD:  This is an abdominal intensive core workout. Strengthen your abs and your
back  and then enjoy a stretch.

Fire 45/ Stretch 10 DVD:  This is a cardio workout that will leave you feeling not just workd out but energized
as well. Kickboxing at its finest – punches, kicks and combinations are mixed in with dance moves to tone and
strengthen your body.

HIIT 20 Class / Stretch 10 DVD:  Get ready for more HIIT or High Intensity Training called Fire Drills because
of how intense they are. Get ready to work!

Fire 45 EZ/ Stretch 10 DVD:  Long cardio workout without the high intensity bouts to change up your routine.

HIIT 25/ Stretch 10 DVD:  This is the hardest, most intense of the drills so get ready to work HARD. Twenty five
long minutes of High Intensity Interval Training to push your body to its limits.

Sculpt 30/  Tone 30 DVD: You will to grab your resistance bands for this workout. Create definition and strength
in your body with this resistance training workout.
