This is a demonstration of triceps dips performed by Christina Leon. Want to target those triceps more? Check out our dumbbells for resistance training. When you start a triceps dip, it is important to be on a stable object that will not tip over as you start the exercise. Place the hands on the platform or bench and allow the hips to slide off. Bend the elbows until they are at a 90 degree angle and lift yourself back up. The legs may be bent or extended depending on how hard you want to work. Fight flabby arms with these exercise tips. Triceps are located along the back of the arms and are often seen when waving at a friend.. NOT. Loose jiggly arms are arms in need of serious triceps training.
