The Perfect Lunges
Learn how to execute the perfect lunge. Alignment of the shoulders, hips, and bent back knee is critical as is the 90 degree angle of both knees. Take a step forward and allow your body weight to fall over the front leg being careful not to allow the knee of the front leg to pass the toes. The perfect lunge can be done in one place, walking, or adding direction as in side lunges, back lunges, jump lunges.
