As fun as it is challenging. I call this "Chariot" or Running with the Exercise Band. Start by wrapping the band around your partner, be sure band is not frayed, and hold them back while they try to RUN! It looks so easy but after ten yards your heart rate is up and you are breathing heavy.  Looking for a harder experience? Add a weighted vest to the chariot run and see how much harder running with the exercise band can be with added resistance.
