How does Fitness Future collect information?
When you visit, Fitness Future normally picks up only the consumer's domain name.  We don’t collect our visitors’ e-mail addresses, or keep track of the specific pages they visit.  We also do not collect info on any surveys or submission forms that you may fill out while surfing the site.  The information we do collect is just to help us serve our customers better; it’s not for sharing with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Does Fitness Future use cookies?

As many users are aware, there are different types of “cookies” or info-saving files, used by different online sites.  At Fitness Future, we include one cookie to help our software keep track of user sessions.  We use Urchin's UTM for our log analysis.  No personal information is contained within this cookie.  Users can also deal with cookies by using the settings on their browsers. 

What about my postal address or phone number?

The same goes for “snail mail”: if you supply us with your postal address on-line, (for deliveries or other reasons), you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.  Also, customers who give us their telephone number on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information about their online orders or the specific questions they were calling about.

How can I be sure Fitness Future will not “sell” my information?

At Fitness Future, we simply don’t have a policy of sharing your information with any outside organizations. We don’t have any agreements to any of our customer’s data and we have no reason to give away your data to anyone.

What about Ad Servers?

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Does anybody else ever see client information?

The only other parties who would have access to customer info at Fitness Future would be specifically contracted parties involved in filling orders, mailing, or other routine tasks.  Due to the size of our organization, we may occasionally partner with others to get you your fitness gear in the best possible way.  All of our partners would have complete non-disclosure agreements in place to safeguard all of the information you would provide to us. 

Regarding financial data:

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server.
