The dumbbell is arguably the best piece of fitness equipment you can purchase for a home gym. At your local fitness center you will surely have your choice of all sized weights however it would be impractical to purchase all the dumbbell sets you might want to use as part of a total body training program. The PowerBlock eliminates the need for multiple sets of dumbbells and in doing so creates space for you in your workout area. Clearly, Power Blocks are the best dumbbells ever.
The Whole Family Will Love PowerBlocks
The PowerBlock is ideal for the whole family which certainly would not normally be the case when selecting dumbbells for the home gym. Mom might want an 8lb, 10lb and perhaps 15lb dumbbells. Dad would need 15 to 25 pounders and teens might need something lower or in between. This means you will have to purchase as many as 8 sets of dumbbells – talk about financially as well as space prohibitive! If you are single and purchasing weights just for yourself you might be thinking you don't need but a pair or two of weights but that is not correct. Squats and lats require heavy weights where triceps extensions and lateral shoulder raises need smaller. In between are biceps curls and upright rows so where does that leave you? Back at 8 sets of weights for one great workout. Not with the Powerblocks, one set and you have all the weight you need making Powerblocks the best dumbbells ever.
Outgrowing Your Dumbbells is a Thing of the Past You have thought about it and you have decided that you can get by with just two sets of dumbbells for all your muscle needs. Great but have you thought about what happens when in 6 weeks you need to increase in weight? You will undoubtedly reach a place where the weight you are using is no longer working for you. Remember, without overload there is no change and if you are lifting weights you are looking for change of some sort. You will need to purchase more weights as you get stronger or purchase the PowerBlock once.
There is a PowerBlock set which ranges from 3 to 24 lbs and another for 5 to 50 lbs. There are also expanders which can add more weight to your existing set. How many dumbbell sets can brag about that? The PowerBlock dumbbell set is great for beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast, young or old participant and people with any size area for a home gym. You can even purchase the stands and benches to make using the weights even more practical. There is only one thing left to do, purchase your own set of PowerBlocks.
