The ability to produce dynamic results from your fitness routines depends on how much power and energy you bring to the process. The ability to experience power on mental, emotional and physical levels is all connected, and it begins in the mind. Connecting with power is the first step toward channeling power into the achievement of dynamic results. Below are three techniques to assist the development for harnessing power and getting in step with your body for the best workout results.

· Affirm your Goals with Intent

· Visualize the End Result

· Associate Powerful Emotions

Affirm Powerful Goals
Sitting down and writing out your fitness goals is not enough when it comes to releasing a tremendous amount of power to achieve dynamic results. It's important to know what your goals are and to associate positives with getting them done. Powerful goals require a powerful state of mind and powerful incentives that you create for yourself. Your goal setting and achieving process is mainly just a state of mind, but not "just" a state of mind. By determining your own limits and forgetting your inhibitions, you may just see how much potential you hold back in getting to where you want to be.

Visualize Powerful Results
The Greeks used to draw a tremendous amount of power from their mythical figures and heroes. Can you imagine the amount of strength that it would require for Atlas to hold up the world? Visualizing such a feat would instantly bring one in touch with a level of power only limited by their imagination. Or have you ever stood by a rushing river whose power was so strong the noise alone was deafening? These dynamic images can bring one immediately into a connection with their own internal power. The power is in you and all around you; all that is needed is to appropriate it and channel it in the direction of your intentions. In this case, you want the power to occupy a dynamic presence in your mind. This kind of thinking can really get results for anyone stuck in a rut or frustrated with inabilities.

Associate Powerful Emotions
No one accomplishes anything of any significance by letting negatives creep into their mental processes. It's amazing how many people are sick the day of a test and fail to understand why this is. On the other hand, the last minute can be a powerful motivator for those who have the desire to get goals done: have you ever been to a football game where the team has scored a last second touchdown to win the game? Or a basketball game where the ball is gliding through the air as the buzzer sounds and swish, the game is won? This is the kind of emotional content you want to associate with your fitness goals. Take from any source you need to and associate the same level of excitement and enthusiasm with the final accomplishment of your training goals. Can’t you just hear the crowd cheering and giving you that standing ovation for finishing the 10k or losing that last 10 pounds?
