The Body Bar is possibly one of the best pieces of fitness equipment you can add to your training arsenal. They come in various lengths as well as weights for all levels and abilities. You can use the weighted bar for all types of exercises and formats. I like to perform squats and lunges as well as overhead presses with the heavier bars and biceps curls with the lighter bars. For yoga and Pilates there are the Mini Bars which are shorter in length and lighter in weight.
This video is an excellent clip of some Body Bar exercises for you to learn and incorporate into your workouts. There is one exercise in particular that I loved on this video, lunging with kayaking arms. FANTASTIC!
