If you have an exercise band and a secure place to anchor it, the core rotation with the resistance band is a must do exercise. To properly perform the core rotation with the exercise band you first grab the handle at shoulder height and pull across the body slowly and return to start even slower. The best way to secure the band is to find a smooth pole, wrap the band and loop one handle through the other to create a type of knot.
