This brief video clip shows combination movements with the Gymstick to elevate the heart rate as well as strength train. Walking side touches to overhead lifts to squats are combination movements with the Gymstick. This lightweight bar with exercise bands will challenge your core in ways you cannot imagine until you try it. A forward lunge with the bar across your back and bands on the ankles becomes a core strengthener as you work to keep the bar straight.
