In this video you will see four different body weight exercises. That means there is no fitness equipment used for the four exercises. The title says advanced but it is really a fairly basic set of movements. One is the Brazilian Crunch, there is a single leg squat, plank to push up to side angle and what I call a sexy push up. Believe it or not, yoga is also a body weight workout.
A benefit to body weight workouts is that you do not need any equipment which means at the park, the beach, on vacation or even at your gym you can perform your workouts.If you want to diversify a little bit but still keep to your very low equipment requirements?
