Exercises

Use the bench when you do triceps dips and keep your wrists in the safest alignment. Sit on the edge of the Yogacise bench and place your hands with palms down and fingers hanging off the edge. Gently lower yourself down and use your triceps to lift back up. Repeat this as many times as you can.
