Exercises

Balancing Half Moon -Allow the left leg to float to a parallel position behind you while you balance on the right leg. Place one hand on the yoga block directly in front of the right foot and then allow the right hand to rest on the block.  Extend the left arm upwards towards the sky and if you feel stable, look upwards.
