Frames:
All equipment is machined to a minimum tolerance of +/- .030"
The all-welded construction is primarily 3" x 3", 4" x 2", or 3" x 2" with 11-gauge steel and a combination of other heavy structural tubular steel
Frame Finish:
Powder-coated baked on finish that is scuff resistant and long wearing
Padding & Upholstery:
Padding is 2" thick virgin foam with a density of 12 lbs./cu. ft. Upholstery is 32 oz. Sulfide-stain resistant Naugahyde
All pads are top double-stitched
Bearings:
Input and movement arms rotate with either nonfriction roller bearings with Basic Radial Load Rating of 2,420 lbs., contained in a custom cast and machined housing or a self-lubricating bronze bushing in a machined steel housing to provide smooth movement and precise alignment
Weight Transport:
¼ " diameter aircraft cable with a 7 x 19 construction and black nylon coating. The cable is rated at a breaking strength of 4,200 lbs.
Weight Plates:
All selectorized equipment features solid steel weight stack plates with a black finish
Self-aligning low friction sleeve bearing surround the guide rods on every weight stack plate
Pulleys:
4½ " diameter fiberglass-impregnated nylon with a precision fit cable groove and double-sealed, nonfriction roller bearings
Guide Rods:
Solid steel and hard chrome-plated to ensure quiet operation and low friction movement
Fasteners:
All bolts meet ANSI B18.3 specifications
Spring Suspension:
Heavy-duty die cast springs are used under the weight stack to reduce shock and vibration stresses
Lanyard Pins:
All selectorized equipment features weight stack pins that are lanyard with a coiled self-storing cord to prevent pin removal or loss
Handgrips:
45 durometer rubber handgrips are used for comfort, safety, and durability.

This unique weight lifting aid is patented and the following is the description:
It is made up of four vertical posts which have a movable horizontal bar and places to set the bar along the side of the unit. The device is secured by bars which run along the top and bottom giving it the look of a cage. The side bars will catch the barbell if you should drop the bar making it safer than simply lifting a bar and the guides or catches make it easier to start and end the exercises because you are not reaching down to the floor.
