Features & Benefits

A Power Rack will bring your workouts to another level if you have been working on selectorized equipment or a Smith Machine. This unit allows you to lift your barbell off the rack and actually move freely while you perform your squats, dead lifts or military presses. In contrast, on a selectorized machine or a Smith Machine you are attached in essence to the machines guide system so that you are safe and your body has the best chance at proper alignment but if you are ready for the next level you need to move freely so that your synergists and stabilizers have a chance to fire up and get strong.

More Info

This unique weight lifting aid is patented and the following is the description:

It is made up of four vertical posts which have a movable horizontal bar and places to set the bar along the side of the unit. The device is secured by bars which run along the top and bottom giving it the look of a cage. The side bars will catch the barbell if you should drop the bar making it safer than simply lifting a bar and the guides or catches make it easier to start and end the exercises because you are not reaching down to the floor.
