Medicine Balls
Simple Raise: Place medicine ball on the ground. From a standing position, squat down and pick up the medicine ball. Be careful to keep back from overextension while picking up the weighted medicine ball. Return to a standing position with body weight securly under the ball and arms partially outstretched.
Lean: Pick up medicine ball. Holding the ball in one or both hands, slowly lean out, balanced on one leg, before returning to a standing position with both feet on the floor.
