Exercises

  1. Monkey Swing Grab the first bar with your hands placed shoulder width apart and your palms facing away from you.  Swing from one bar to the other.
  2. Pull Ups - Grab the bar with your hands placed about shoulder width apart and your palms facing away from you.  Pull yourself upward until your chin is over the bar and complete the excercise  by slowly moving to the hanging position.
  3. Tricet (Pull Up and Knee Raise) - Start by repeating the pull up instructions above after each pull up raise your knees as far up as they can go and slowly move them down.

Includes mounting hardware and wood pads.  Make sure to mount on a sturdy wall.
