Exercises

Step with a Double Step - Begin the exercise by placing the hurdles five to six feet apart.Stand next to the first hurdle and jump over laterally,perform a double step in the middle, jump laterally over the second hurdle and repeat.

Step and Hop - Place the 6 hurdles 5 to 6 feet apart. Hop over the hurdle facing forward, hop to the next hurdle and do it again. Make sure you land with knees bent.

Extra Tips:
  • Agility and plyometric training is tough so be ready for it. Do not perform this intense type of exercise if you are fatigued or injured
  • Focus on speed. You want to limit the time your feet are in contact with the ground - quick explosive movements are your goal
