Exercises

  1. STABILITY TRAINING ON TWO LEGS: Stand on the disc with the feet centered on top. If you feel unstable, use the wall or other non-moving object to help you balance. Stand for a few moments until you feel comfortable on the disc. To increase the intensity, stand on just one leg. Want more intensity, close your eyes!
  2. BODY WEIGHT SQUATS: Stand in the center of the disc, balance and bend the knees until you are in a 90 degree angle - squat. The tops of the thighs should be parallel with the exercise surface.  Chest should remain lifted.
  3. PUSH-UPS: Place the hands on one or two VersaDiscs. Place the hands in the standard push-up position with hands centered approximately under the chest area.  Elbows should be in towards the body and a flat body position should be held from head to toe. Lower the body until the elbows are at 90 degrees.
