Exercises

  • Seated Stabilization- Sit erect on trainer with feet firmly planted on the floor holding abs tight
  • Crunches
  • Side Bends- Place feet on the floor while leaning on the VersaCore on either the left or right side, bend from hips. Lift up and down
  • Bridges- Place upper back on the trainer while your feet are firmly on the floor. Lift hips up and down
  • Hyperextensions- Lay on the VersaCore with your stomach place feet on the floor, Lift back up and down
  • Single leg lunges
  • Push-ups
  • Push-ups with legs on the VersaCore Trainer
  • Kneel on the ball (more advanced)
