Versa Bars are pretty much just another name for weighted aerobic bars, Body Bars or other similar terms. You can use the lighter bars for Pilates or yoga or if you are a beginner and you can use the heavier bars for weight training or if you are strong and are in a group exercise class.
You can also use the VersaBars with other equipment like the stability balls, BOSU balls, Gliders or Step benches. I like to use them when I teach AthleKinetix as an integral part of the workout.
The 4, 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18-pound bars are 4 feet long. The 24 and 30-pound Versa Bars are 5 feet long; and the 36-pound bar is 6 feet long.
