Exercises

  • Waves- create wave motion by grasping the training rope and move arms up and down
  • Snake- hold the training rope and move your arms from side to side causing the rope to look like a snake
  • Sled Pull- attach training rope to a solid object such as a sled, kettle bell, etc and drag for a certain amount of distance
  • Circles- hold the training rope and draw big circles in the air with your arms, creating circles down the entire rope
  • Pulling- hold training rope and pull walking backwards or out to the side
  • Run- hold training rope and run forward as quick as possible
