For beginners using resistance bands it is recommended to start with one set containing 15-20 repetitions. For intermediate and advanced users adjust to perform two or three sets containing 12-16 repetitions.
- Chest Press- wrap body tubing around something stable behind you. Hold tubing with both hands running along the outside of your arm. Squeeze and press arms out in front of you
- Bent Over Row - Place the center of the body tube under your feet. Keeping your back bent running parallel to the ground grab the tubing then lift and squeeze the back pulling on the body tube
- Walking Lunge- Secure Versa-Cuff around ankles and execute walking lunge lowering back knee as low to the ground as possible
- Leg Lift- Laying on your side execute leg lifts while wearing the Versa-Cuff creating added tension on quads, hamstrings, and hip flexors
