  • Crunch- Lay with body fully on the roller and lift and lower upper torso
  • Reverse crunch- Lay with body fully on the roller lift and lower lower body
  • Bridge- Lay flat, feet on roller, lift and lower hips

  • Lumbar spine- Position roller under hips, roll from top of hips to upper back
