As a Group Fitness Instructor I have seen many fads come and go however the Step Bench seems to have a longevity known to very few fitness products. I started stepping when it was just a wooden box, then came the Step and it revolutionized fitness. Gone were the days all hour long jumping sessions and in were the methodical steps and choreography of "stepping".
