Exercises

  • Back Row - focusing on your back and biceps. Lean back holding rings pull up using biceps keeping arms at a comfortable position at your side
  • Balance Lunge- focusing on your quadriceps and hamstrings. Hold rings and balance on one leg. Hold other leg at a 90 degree angle and go down into a lunge position
  • Bicep Curl- focusing on your biceps. Hold rings close to your chest lean back bringing your arms to a 90 degree angle
  • Chest Press- focusing on your chest and triceps. Hold rings straight out in front of you lean forward bending elbows
  • Hip Abduction - focusing on your hips, glutes, and hamstrings. Lay on your back placing your feet in the rings. Keeping straight legs open and close your legs
  • Single Leg Squat - focusing on your quadriceps and hamstrings. Hold the rings and begin stance on one leg keeping the other leg held straight out. Squat down
