Exercises

  • Standing Back Rows - While facing the door and slightly leaning back ( make sure there is a little tension ), hold the bands in your hands with your arms flexed and palms facing in. Bring your hands in to your side and flex them back forward to the starting position.
  • Forward Leaning Pushups - With your back facing the door and your arms fully flexed, hold the bands with a pronated grip (palms down).  Lean forward as if you were doing a standing pushup. Push your body back to the starting position.
