Push ups are the one exercise that I have found people either love or hate, not much gray area on these. Men are typically more partial to them and women initially cringe and then perform them on their knees. Not all women of course, some women can do push ups as well as anyone else. Beginners however do find the push up to be a very challenging movement. The Power Push Up is not an aid to make your push ups easier. Quite the opposite, the Power Push Up makes this exercise harder. The resistance that is added to your exercise comes from adjustable bands which means you can get progressively stronger by using them.
- Hand pads
- Resistance bands
- Adjustable tension
Push ups is what you do with the Power Push Up so once you get your new toy drop and give yourself 20! Can't do a push up? Never fear you will learn, start by leaning against a wall and pressing yourself up from the angled position. Once you are comfortable, add the Power Push Up. You can also do triceps dips with your Power Push Up to create stronger, better defined triceps.
Easy to use, simply slide the resistance cable around your lats or back and place your hands on the hand pads. Your palms will be cushioned on a foam pad. Lower your body to the floor maintaining a straight line from head to heels and feel the difference the resistance makes. Make the tension harder or easier by increasing or decreasing the length of the bungee cable.
