There Is Nothing Better Than Immediate Feedback On Your Technique And That's What You Get With The Swim Mirror
When you swim you cannot really tell what you look like. You may think and feel like your stroke is fantastic and yet the coach keeps correcting your technique, why? There is really only one way to find out exactly what you are doing right or wrong and that is to watch yourself. You can do this by taping your swim sessions or simply lay a swim mirror at the base of the pool and swim. For more visual correction, place several mirrors along the base of the pool and see yourself swim for a distance.

Swim is all you can do with a swim mirror. Sure you can lay it on the floor as you do push ups but that would perhaps not be the best use for your swim mirror. Stick to what the name says - SWIM.
Stationary swimming is an excellent exercise which can be done in almost any pool as long as you have the proper equipment, like a pool tether or a pool with a current to swim against. The pool or swim tether is clearly the less expensive of the two options. Use the Swim Mirror when you swim in place for instant and complete feedback on your technique. You will see not only one stroke as you swim over your mirror both rather every kick and stroke will be right there under you.
