By having a place where you can safely anchor the resistance bands you can sit on your ball and perform all sorts of exercises that before would have been impossible like a seated overhead press.
Overhead Press - Sit on the
Stability Ball and hold your resistance band (not included with Strapfitness purchase) at shoulder height. Sit with a tall spine and press the arms over the head and return to start position. Repeat 15 times.
