Active Sitting
The stability ball is actually a comfortable and healthy as well as energizing alternative to sitting in the chair you may be in right now. Using the ball as a chair substitute improves balance and stability, as well as core strength. The ball assists your back by working with gravity to naturally find your best posture.

General Exercise
Using the stability ball help you to achieve greater overall fitness by stretching and strengthening the core. Some of the benefits of the ball are improved balance, coordination, flexibility and adds a challenge to many of the exercises you are already doing.

Instructions on how to inflate your ball:

  1. Read the label on your Exercise Ball to confirm the ball size
  2. Locate the ball plug and inflation adapter
  3. Slowly inflate the Exercise Ball to 10 cm (4”) less than its maximum diameter
  4. Re-insert the plug and do not use your Exercise Ball for 24 hours
  5. After 24 hours, complete the inflation of the Exercise Ball to your correct sitting height
  6. Wait another 24 hours before using the Exercise Ball for the first time
  7. Enjoy!
