Machine Incline Press:
• Lie on back on machine incline press
• Press handles up and away from chest
• Lower handles to starting position
Bench Press:
• Lie on back on bench
• Place 4” thick pad on chest near base of breast bone
• Grip bar slightly wider than shoulder width
• Lower bar to pad
• Press bar off pad until arms fully extend
