Symptoms of Shin Splints:
You might have shin splints if you are experiencing pain in the outer portion of the front of our leg. You will typically experience pain before and after your workouts but during you might feel as though the pain has subsided. This is most likely due to the endorphins that are released in your body when you workout. Do not be fooled, an injury needs to be rested and healed, it does not heal on its own or by pushing harder.
