• Two inch thick virgin foam has a density of 12 lbs/ cubic foot
• Covering is made from 32 oz Sulfide-stain resistant Naugahyde
• Double stitching on the padding will preserve your equipment longer

Bearings

• Input and movement arms rotate with either nonfriction roller bearings with Basic Radial Load Rating of 2,420 lbs., contained in a custom cast and machined housing or a self-lubricating bronze bushing in a machined steel housing to provide smooth movement and precise alignment

• ¼" diameter aircraft cable with a 7 x 19 construction and black nylon coating
• Cable is rated at a breaking strength of 4,200 lbs

Spring Suspension

• Heavy-duty die cast springs are used under the weight stack to reduce shock and vibration stresses

Exercises

Seated Chest Press -Have a seat with your back against the pad. Grasp the handles. The arms should be bent at a 90 degree angle at the elbow and sitting at shoulder height to set up for the exercise. Press the arms out slowly to the count of two, hold for a moment never locking the arms out and return to a 90 degree angle. Repeat the exercise 10 to 15 times or until you cannot execute another.
