Exercises

Side step: Place the Resist-a-Band® Exercise Band Loops around your ankles and take a big step laterally or to the side while keeping the stationary leg steady. Slowly bring the stationary leg towards the leg that stepped away.  Repeat this movement for 20 steps and then return to your original location by side stepping with the opposite leg.  Your hips, abductors, adductors, gluteal muscles and abs will thank you.
