Exercises

Resistance Band Squats - Grab your band and stand on it while holding one end in each hand. Place the feet shoulder width apart. Lift the hands behind you and hold at shoulder height. Bend your knees and sit back until you are in a squat, hold for a moment and return to standing.

Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
- Stand on the band with one foot and step back with the other. Lean your body forward, keep your back flat and pull the bands towards your midsection, elbows in tight. Retract your shoulder blades as you perform a row motion.
