Exercises

When you want to start the pull up on your Pull Up Handles you want to step up onto a bench or plyo box to assist you in reaching. Grasp each handle and slowly yourself so that your elbows are extended completely, or close to completely. Be vigilant that you are not swinging your legs or body as you use your arms to lift yourself up to a 90 degree angle in the elbows.  Lower yourself again and repeat.

More Info

To install your Pull Up Handles attach each one with the included D-ring over the top of a bar where you are securing the handles. A Smith Machine is a good option. Always be sure your carabineers are secured and closed. Before you start the first pull up, give the handles a tug and make sure they are secure.
