Made from heavy duty cordura nylon and reinforced with steel grommets, these arms straps provide superior strength and durability. The straps have locking carabinersthat hook onto any universal gym bar and can hold up to 300 pounds on each strap.

Use the ab straps for use with a standard chin up bar for excellent ab and oblique isolation when performing leg lifts. The Pro Abdominator has nylon sleeves with padded elbow supports for comfort which gives you the best chance of repeat usage.

Exercises

  • Hanging leg raises - Slide the arms through the sleeves until the triceps or upper arm is in the sleeve. Let the legs hang and slowly contract the abdominals so that the knees are coming into the chest, hold for a moment and lower.
  • Oblique hanging leg raises - Same as above exercise but angle the legs side to side to target the external core muscles or obliques.
