Overhead LungeHold the Power Strap-Ball™in both hands with arms fully extended overhead. Stand with feet slightly wider than hip-width apart. Step one foot forward into a lunge while maintaining the overhead position. Do not allow the front knee to extend past the foot. Push off with the lead leg to return to the standing position. Maintain strong posture throughout the exercise.
Supine Heel Digs
Strap the Power Strap-Ball™ around both ankles. Lie back on the floor with the knees bent at a 90-degree angle and thighs perpendicular to the floor. Brace the abdominals to hold the pelvis neutral, and slowly lower the heels toward the floor. Lightly touch the floor and return to the
starting position.
