There is no substitute for proper form, body alignment and execution of exercises. The DVD and Instructional Manual are sold separately but can used together to give you a full understanding of how to safely and effectively use your PowerStrap ball. The PowerStrap ball is also sold separately and is basically a medicine ball with handles which allows you to perform moves you could not otherwise do with a standard medicine ball. Attach the Velcro straps for securing on your arm or legs.
Wood chopper - Secure PowerStrap ball to your hands. Lift the ball over your right shoulder as you twist the body, allowing the feet to pivot. Allow your arms to swing across the body in a downwards motion towards your left knee or ankle depending on your fitness ability.
Leg Abduction - Strap the PowerStap ball to your ankle, lay on your side, lift and lower the upper facing leg keeping the knees facing forward, not up.
