Exercises

  • Dumbbell Chess Press on Power VersaBall - Position yourself on the Power VersaBall in a chest press postion. The Power VersaBall should be positioned on your upper back with your head neutral. Extend the dumbbells while maintaining balance and core stability. Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position by bending at the elbows and repeat.
  • Push-UP on Power VersaBall - Start by placing your hands on the top of the ball and step backwards so that your chest is over the top of the ball. Make sure to keep your feet on the floor at all times. Your torso, hips and legs should now be aligned in a straight line. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees. By keeping your elbows below your shoulder you will reduce the strain on the shoulder girdle. Once you reach 90 degrees, pause for a slight moment then extend arms till they are straight.
