I recently purchased a Reform Bar and thought it would be obvious how to use it. I was wrong! Yes, it's easy to assemble and it's lightweight with comfortable padded cuffs but I could not figure out how to create a dynamic workout with it. I needed the DVD to show me safely and properly how to target the areas I wanted to work which were specifically my abs, lower back and glutes.
