Exercises

Use Tips:

  • Make sure the ladder is on a level surface and there are no objects nearby. The best surfaces include practice and game fields and gymnasium floors.
  • Do a thorough warm up before you start to use the ladder
  • Place the slates at approximately the length of your sprint strides
  • Use white for beginners, yellow for intermediate and blue for advanced runners
