Deep Squat:
Stand with your feet hip distance apart. Lower down into a squat, making sure your knees stay behind your ankles and your chest stays forward. Keep your back straight and your core engaged as you lower. Slowly stand and repeat for 3 sets of 15. The vibrating plate requires extra balance and core stabilization than just doing regular squats on the floor.
Lunges:
With one leg on the vibrating plate and one leg on the floor behind you, lower yourself down into a lunge position, making sure the knee on the power plate does not go past your ankle. Lower your back leg as low to the floor as you can while maintaining proper form. Raise and lower. Do 3 sets of 15 reps and repeat on alternate leg. The vibrating plate requires extra core stabilization in order to maintain proper form.
