Exercises

  • Squats with the Power Grip Bag - Start by holding the Power Grip Bag with both your hands and holding it out infront of your body at chest height while slightly bending at the eblow. While keeping the bag infront of you, perform a squat by bending at the knees and hips until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Make sure to sit back on your heels so that your knees are positioned over your feet to reduce lower back pain and knee discomfort. Pause slightly before extending your legs to return back to the starting position.
  • Lateral Raise with the Power Grip Bag - Hold on to the Power Grip Bag with one hand and with your palm facing toward the midline of the body. Raise the arm slowly away from you keeping the palm facing downward. Make sure that your elbow stays level with or above the Power Grip Bag to reduce the risk of injury to your shoulder girdle. Pause briefly when arm is parallel with the ground and then slowly return to the starting position.
