Exercises

Shoulder Burn-Out:
Using the 5 or 10 lb dumbbells, do 3 sets of overhead presses with 12-15 reps. Without stopping, go into alternating overhead press for 24 reps.

Medicine Ball Figure 8
Sit on your knees on a mat, if you do not have a BODU ball. Holding the medicine ball, start at the top left hand corner, scoop it down to the right of your body, go to above your shoulders on the right side and scoop down to the bottom of your left hand side. Make this figure 8 motion 15 times on each side.
