Features & Benefits

By keeping tracking of your heart rate you will find your way to better fitness. The FT60 actually adapts to your training regime so that as you improve your targets are reset automatically to keep you on your way to better fitness.  By seeing your improvements displayed on your monitor you are motivated to continue and improve your fitness even more.

In addition the watch displays your heart rate information in many different formats:  In beats per minute, as a percentage of your heart rate max, and graphically with the target zone indicator. An alarm lets you know when your heart rate is too low or too high so that you can adjust.

More Info

One of the main reasons to initially purchase a heart rate monitor is to prevent over- and under-training. If your heart rate is below its target zone you are not getting the workout you need and if it too high you are at risk for injury or burnout.
