Side to Side Skier: With the “V” Angle Jump Box, remove the center platform to create a “V”, adjust the angles of the outside platforms to a challenging angle for you. Lower yourself down in a squat position and jump from one platform to the other while maintaining a squat position and landing on one leg with the other leg crossed behind it, but not touching the platform. Aim for 12-15 on each side, with 3 sets total, and adjust the angles of the platform for increased difficulty.
Squat Jumps: Using the Vertical Boxes, jump up into a squat position, landing firmly and softly on both legs, making sure that your knees stay behind your ankles. Start with the 12' box and work your way up to the 30” box for the advanced athlete. Do 10-12 squat jumps and aim for 2-3 sets.
Step Ups: Step up one leg at a time on the Vertical Box of any height that is comfortable, yet challenging to you. Do 15 on each leg. Be sure to land on the Vertical Box with your leading leg first and to step off the box with the same leading leg.
