Plyometrics

Squat Jump-Begin in a feet hip-width apart stance and lower into a squat. Jump into the air lifting your arms high overhead and then try to decelerate as you land. You want to try to land silently to reduce the impact to the body. Repeat this at least 20 times for a serious heart rate jump start!

Plyorobics is the combination of plyometrics and aerobics. Plyometric means explosive movements such as jumping or throwing and aerobics means with air.
