PlateMates must be in direct contact with metal, not a rubber coating
For a 1-1/4 lb microload, you will need a pair of 5/8 lb Platemates
For a 2-1/2 lb microload, you will need a pair of 1-1/4 lb PlateMates
Dumbbell Biceps Curls: Hold a set of dumbbells by your sides and flex at the elbow drawing your hands towards your shoulders. Hold the contraction for a moment and lower back to start position. If you need just a little more weight add the donuts to your weights and go for it!
